Do I need an eating disorder diagnosis to access counselling?
No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to access eating disorder counselling. If your relationship with food feels difficult, distressing, or confusing, you are welcome to seek support.

What is neuroaffirming counselling?
Neuroaffirming counselling recognises neurodivergence (such as autism and ADHD) as a valid and natural variation in human experience. Rather than trying to “fix” these differences, therapy focuses on understanding, supporting, and working with your needs.

Do you work with autism and ADHD?
Yes. I offer neuroaffirming counselling for autistic and ADHD clients, including those who are self-identified or diagnosed later in life.

Yes. Autism and ADHD can significantly impact eating behaviours. This may include sensory sensitivities, reliance on routines, emotional regulation difficulties, and patterns of restriction or binge eating.
